and Children! ETM summer sessions offer you intensive immersion in Education Through Music with daily observation of children and ETM in action. Whether you are a recent graduate or a seasoned professional, parent or caregiver, studying ETM can help you motivate, inspire and refresh your children You will also have time to visit Canada's capital city; one of the most beautiful capitals in the world. Ottawa is home to some of the nation's finest museums, galleries and historical sites including Canada's Parliament buildings. Unlock your musicality
and musical knowledge during 5 days of intensive song and play experiences
tailored to adults and guided by ETM Instructors. Observe how children (of all ages) learn, by watching and listening while they engage in ETM song-experiences. Enjoy and benefit from the time set aside for adults to reflect and share their thoughts. Children are welcome to participate in the ETM observation class each day, then attend the Children's Program for the remaining class time. Class time: 9:00 am to 3:00 pm Tuition: $ 300.00 (CAN)/adult Deposit: $100 deposit is required. (non-refundable after June 26, 2009) Housing: located at Algonquin College Each air-conditioned suite has two bedrooms, each with a double bed, a kitchenette including microwave, fridge and sink, and a 3-piece washroom. youth (8 years old and up) for a week of ETM camp activities which are
fun - and educational - for everyone! At an ETM camp you will experience Education Through Music activities daily. The centre of each activity is song, play, movement, social interaction and exploration. Arts and Crafts and story telling round out each day. You will see how children learn by watching, interacting and listening while you play together. For the past seven years, our ETM camps have been popular with people of all ages. Bring your own children, relatives, friends or come on your own and experience the wonder of Education Though Music. You will experience, first hand, how Education Through Music activities can:
